Return & Exchange Policy

Product Delivery Time:
Products are generally delivered within 3 to 15 days.
Handloom / handcrafted items may take additional time due to artisanal production processes.


Return Policy – Important Note for Handloom Products

  • Handloom / handcrafted items are NOT eligible for return or exchange, as each piece is made to order and crafted uniquely.

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or wrong items, and must follow the process below.


General Return Policy (for eligible items only)

We have a 2-day return window, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition as received,

  • unworn / unused,

  • with tags,

  • in the original packaging,

  • with receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective,

  • the item is damaged, or

  • you received the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Handloom / handcrafted items (made to order)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you have doubts about your product type, contact us before placing an order.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return your item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (For EU Customers Only)

If shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
